    A backcountry jeep tour is a delightful way to “get-away from-it-all.” Guides will choose from Gold Hill, Lenado, or Independence Pass, depending on conditions and requests of guests.   • Maroon Bells Wilderness Downhill- AM Half Day

    Our tour begins with a drive to the “most photographed peaks in North America” – the Maroon Bells and Maroon Lake. At Maroon Lake there will be time for photographs and to talk about the local wildlife. After everyone has limbered up, you will begin your 12-mile downhill descent on a paved road through the Maroon Valley. Along the way, you are welcome to stop and enjoy the spectacular views, and to photograph one of the most picturesque wilderness areas in Colorado. Your trip finishes in Aspen. We will stop for a refreshing snack along the way. The Maroon Bells road is closed to most vehicular traffic for the majority of the summer and affords a perfect opportunity to enjoy your downhill bike ride.

  • Taylor Pass Jeep Tour

    Your trip starts with a spectacular drive up Aspen Mountain. You will see wonderful views of the town of Aspen from its flagship winter mountain. From there your tour will take you out Richmond Ridge. Along the way, you will pass through the high alpine flora and fauna and see some of the most beautiful views of Colorado’s fourteeners, which are peaks that reach a tremendous 14,000 feet above sea level. Once you reach the top of Taylor Pass you will get to enjoy the scenic overview of Taylor lake. From here the tour takes a rugged decent down Express Creek Rd. for a short historic stroll through the ghost town of Ashcroft. Finally, you will finish your trip with an amazing drive down the Castle Creek Valley. This is one of the most beautiful valleys in our area. During this ride, you’ll pass one of the oldest Aspen forests, a colorful field of wild geraniums, and intriguing evidence of avalanches. Lunch will be served along the way at one of the many charming picnic locations.

  • Backcountry Sunset Dinner

    First we will jeep you to the historic Burlingame Cabin located on Snowmass Mountain. There you can take an extended jeep tour, or just sit back and let us tend to all your needs. We'll have a delicious dinner hot off the grill, a campfire, live music, and S'mores. Watch the sun drop behind the mountain ranges that extend across the Roaring Fork Valley.

  • Singletrack Mountain Biking- Full Day

    Aspen Snowmass is home to some of the greatest singletrack trails in the country. Join one of our biking instructors to gain technical knowledge, improve your riding techniques and learn where the locals ride. We cater to all abilities but prepare to get your blood pumping as this is a vigorous activity. These tours utilize full suspension mountain bikes on a variety of backcountry roads and single-track trail.

  • Snowmass Divide Ride- AM Half Day

    If you're looking to cruise a bit, descend some intermediate hills, and bike some incredible Colorado “back-roads” then this is the trip for you! We will descend a moderately steep unpaved road through the Snowmass Valley until we reach the town of Old Snowmass. Llama, sheep, and horse ranches dot the countryside. We'll cross the road to pick up the asphalt bike trail along the Roaring Fork River to Basalt. A support vehicle will be available at all times.

  • Ride the Rail Trail- AM Half Day

    There are several sections from Aspen to lower Basalt that follow along the Roaring Fork River. All sections are very scenic and follow the old railroad line that used to carry passengers into Aspen and silver ore out of town. The trail is nearly flat the entire way and is a great ride for adults or families. We can choose sections that range from 10-18 miles. Enjoy the paved bike path and no vehicles as you pedal your worries away.

  • Brown's Canyon

    A scenic drive over Independence Pass followed by an amazing day rafting through America's newest National Monument! This trip features some exceptionally beautiful scenery and some of the best whitewater in the state. Class III & IV rapids.
