WINTER GROUPS Blazing Adventures, in conjunction with the Aspen Skiing Company, has developed an easy and convenient system for selling and distributing advance and on-site lift and lesson tickets to your registrants for medical, legal and other conferences. This service is designed for conferences where participants buy and pay for their own lift tickets. Group ticket prices, per designated season, are extended to us by the Aspen Skiing Company. We then buy these tickets in bulk for each group to resell to the individual participants. They get the advantage of the group price, which is always less than the 7 day advance, plus our services detailed below, for a small fee per ticket that is included in their cost. There are no fees applied to the meeting organizers for the extra services provided. Here’s how it works: Blazing Adventures will prepare a pre-purchase order form, which includes lift ticket prices for adults and children, information about ski school and highly discounted rentals. These forms are ready for you to post on your website or to send to your participants when they register for your conference. Incoming order forms will be sent directly to Blazing Adventures for processing. Each participant who purchases a lift ticket of any duration will also receive an “Advantage Card” that extends discounts to them on ski lessons, on-mountain restaurants, photos and ASC logo merchandise. A Blazing Adventures Group Services Manager will be at your opening registration or morning meeting break for a complimentary 2 hour time period to sell adult and child discounted on-site tickets. Additional hours are available at $50 per hour. We will also offer Blazing Adventures’ extensive assortment of off-mountain activities to your registrants at these times.
