Team Building Events
Blazing Adventures designs team building activities to help groups develop effective communication and problem solving skills. Our aim is to incorporate a healthy and active approach that is in sync with the “Mind, Body and Spirit Theme” of Aspen/Snowmass as a resort destination.
While our in-house, award winning guides run the majority of our team building activities, we never hesitate to work with other local companies in order to provide a complete list of possibilities to best meet the groups’ expectations. Since 1974, Blazing Adventures has been awarded the largest number of US Forest Service and BLM permits in the area. Therefore we are able to accommodate your group in the best and most unique wilderness locations, while respecting the national regulations.
Team building event options include but are not limited to:
Road Rallies: Established courses that are both on and off road. The purpose of this event is to visit little known, scenic local locations, learn about Aspen’s history and challenge your creative your mind. The choice of vehicles is yours- take advantage of our knowledgeable guides and fleet of off road vehicles or rent your own for your guests to drive.
Scavenger Hunts: Whether in town or through the woods, this event will bring teams together in order to complete numerous challenges
Team Challenges: A variety of active challenges such as archery, broomball, indoor rock climbing, pool races, field games, and more.
Competitive Active Team Building: A twist on any of our normal outdoor activities including Rafting, Hiking, Biking, Orienteering, Rock Climbing, Trap and Skeet Shooting and Fly-Fishing to name a few. In fact, we can arrange a team building event for just about any activity offered in the Valley.
GPS Hunts: GPS based road rallies or scavenger hunts. Answer clues, collect items and complete challenges.

Our process includes a planning and consulting period between one of our experienced Group Services Managers and your group’s coordinator. This process will ensure that we create the perfect event for your team. Together, we establish group goals and assess the optimal activity level for your participants. The next step is to customize one of our numerous team building options to create a proposal that best meets the group’s objectives. Allow us to create the ultimate interactive program that will leave your group energized and motivated.
