We Love Groups - and we believe it shows! For more than 25 years our year round, highly respected and creative group services managers have been developing activity programs for corporate clients, association meetings, incentives reward trips, weddings, family reunions and other celebrations.

Here in the pristine White River National Forest, we are spoiled with many different ways to enjoy the beauty and majesty that surrounds us. Since we have over 100 trips to choose from, we see our role as matching your guests with the best trip at the perfect level to expose them to our world.

OUR SPECIALTIES:

Itinerary Planning: Our experienced staff will acquaint you with all the activities which are available and will help you arrange an agenda which best suits the needs of your group.

Conference Check-Ins: We can provide a fully staffed information and reservations desk during conference check-ins and at other appropriate functions.

Pre-Bookings: We are fully computerized and capable of providing pre-booking services for groups of any size. Complete organization of pre-booking services is one of our specialties.

Special Group Adventures: In addition to the programs listed, our staff is exceptionally qualified to custom design unique group events that will meet your group's expectations.

Programs for Kids & Teens: A specialty with BA! We have designed and executed a wide variety of fun and meaningful programs for pre-teens and teens. These can be one-day events or multiple day mini camps. Evening programs can be included. Please call us with your requirements, and we'll create the adventure.

Guide Service: A member of our conference staff will be available to accompany your group on any tour or activity. Their services include coordination from hotel pickup through return.

Photographs: We can arrange for photographers to film your adventure, whether it is shooting the rapids, bicycling past mountain meadows, or snowmobiling into the mountains. The photographers will be happy to show proofs to the group at your hotel or function.

Additional Refreshments: We provide refreshments and/or meals on all of our trips. However, if your group wishes to add to the regular menu, our caterer will be more than happy to create special treats. Additional beverages can also be added.

Local Mementos: Would you like your guests to leave with a gift that is uniquely Aspen? Let us help you make a choice. We are prepared to show you several outstanding photo books by local photographers that leave a lasting picture of this wonderful town: beautiful silver belt buckles, featuring "the Aspen leaf," with a wide selection of companion handmade leather belts; photo notecards from the Durrance family; and a selection of Blazing Adventure's logo gifts: pigment dyed tee-shirts, nylon caps and water bottles. Other special local treasures include gifts from the Toklat Gallery, the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies, the Aspen Historical Society and many others.
