Aspen’s Most Unique Dining Experience
Supper the way nature intended – beneath the stars with family and friends. Start your evening climbing Snowmass Mountain in our four wheel drive jeeps as we make our way to the Burlingame Cabin. This historic sheep herder’s cabin tucked in the aspens is the perfect place to sit back and unwind. Take an extended Jeep tour to a scenic overlook, try your hand at calf roping, toss some horseshoes, or just relax and enjoy a cold beverage around the campfire before your guides ring the dinner bell. As the sun sets behind Mt Daly and the glow of the campfire lights up the surrounding woods, you will be entertained by live music while you roast S’mores. This is more than a meal. This is an experience.
BACKCOUNTRY SUNSET DINNER
"When I asked our family what was their favorite activity of everything we did during our week in Aspen/Snowmass...across the board our Cowboy BBQ was our family’s #1 activity!"
"If you booked the Sunset Dinner tour, you made the right choice. Everything we've done with Blazing Adventures (whitewater rafting, too) has been on point...and this was no different. Our guide had a great attitude and had lots of interesting factoids to share about the mountain. The cook smoked us up some ribs and salmon, all the staff were friendly and gave us such great service. Being able to give our kids new experiences like this is priceless. My son wanted to sleep there on the mountain, in the cabin. He's also a Master Lasso-er thanks to these guys :) If you're on the fence about this, pull the trigger. It's well worth your time and money. Thanks Blazing!"
"Delicious food, live music (musician rocked and was accommodating with requests from Frozen to James Taylor) and stunning views from the highest peaks of Snowmass mountain. We couldn't have asked for a better end to our trip. If you do nothing else in Snowmass, do this!!"
"We enjoyed a breathtaking sunset dinner on the mountainside. We laughed, sang, and shared a delicious meal. We didn't want our vacation to end...thank you for the memories!!!"
