Jeep FAQs:
Warmer clothing is a good idea as you’ll be riding along in an open air Jeep. It’s always easier to cool off than it is to warm up. Dress in layers so that you can adjust to weather. Plenty of room to store a fleece.
Cameras are highly recommended. You’re going to see some beautiful terrain while you’re out there. Take some photos.
No prior experience is required for Jeep tours. Just buckle up and let our guides to all the work! We offer trips for a wide range of interests and comfort levels, and our team will help match you with the appropriate experience.
We provide water (flat and sparkling) along with snacks. It never hurts to bring a water bottle especially at these elevations always encourage staying hydrated. Sun protection such as hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen or also encouraged as the sun can be harsher at the elevations our activities are at! Any personal medication that may be needed during the trips are strongly encouraged to be brought and communicated to guide prior to the activity!
Yes, age minimums vary by activity and route. Car seats may be available depending on your child’s age. Please let us know the ages of any children in your group so we can recommend the best options.
Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Trips operate rain or shine, but may be adjusted, delayed, or rerouted for safety if conditions require. Safety is our priority, so we do make accommodations or even cancel on occasion. Cancellations are very rare so if it looks like rain, dress accordingly! Although our Jeeps have tops that roll down to provide comfort in case of rain, there’s still a chance you could get wet!
Yes. All Blazing Adventures experiences can be booked as private tours with customizable timing, routes, food, and pacing.
