We have offices at convenient locations in both Aspen and Snowmass Village!

In Aspen, you’ll find us at 555 E Durant Ave on the corner of Gondola Plaza.

In Snowmass Village, you’ll find us at 1 Village Mall at the end of the village walking mall.

To ensure the best availability, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. The earlier the better! However, we can usually book trips up to the night before. Keep in mind that during peak season, trips may fill up.

On all of our trips, we consider anyone 13 years or older to be an Adult. 12 and under Children.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to properly staff, schedule, and prepare equipment for each trip.

All cancellation windows are based on the scheduled trip start time.

For cancellations outside the 72-hour window before any trip will be issued a 100% refund.

For cancellations inside the 72-hour window before the scheduled trip, see below:

Public (non-private) Trips:

• • With our Trip Cancellation Guarantee

Upon booking your trip, our reservations team will ask if you would like to opt in to our Trip Cancellation Guarantee. This is an additional 10% to the trip cost but allows you to cancel up to 5 PM the night before the day of your trip. You will receive a refund minus the 10% paid for the Trip Cancellation Guarantee.

• • Opting out of our Trip Cancellation Guarantee

If you opted out of the Trip Cancellation Guarantee and are inside of the 72 hours before the trip, you are responsible for 100% of the trip and will not be issued any type of refund.

Private Trips & Sunset Dinners:

• • Cancellations outside the 72-hour window before any trip will be issued a 100% refund. We do NOT offer Trip Cancellation Guarantee for our private trips.

SUP, E-Bike Rentals, & Shuttles:

Nope. We go out on our adventures rain or shine! Often, a little inclement weather only adds to the adventure. Of course, safety is our priority, so we do make accommodations or even cancel on occasion. But cancellations are very rare, so if it looks like rain, dress accordingly! We’ve dealt with it before, and we’ll deal with it again. Bring it on!
